I Can’t Load My Purchased Guide Into My iPhone or iPad

You may experience problems loading your premium book using web browsers like Safari on most older versions of the iPhone and iPad. This is because of file size limitations of web browsers beyond 30MB. It is normal that it will take time for the guide to load. In some cases, it won’t load at all.



If you are able to open the guide, it will be best to transfer it to an ebook reader app like iBooks, as it can handle books with larger file sizes faster. If you need help in doing that, visit this page on How to Load your Ebook Guides into your Mobile Device.



If you are unable to open the guide at all, make sure that no other apps are running and try again. You can also restart your device for better results. If it still doesn't work, contact Customer Support and we will provide you with a lower resolution version of the book which you will be able to load into iBooks or your preferred ebook reader.
