What to do when you can’t access your Paid content

Can't Access Guides?


There may be several reasons why you can’t access the guides in Photzy. To be able to troubleshoot properly, choose the best description of what you are experiencing:


I can't access the guide from the link in my email. I’m getting an error message

I can’t log into my account

I can access my account but I can’t find a specific product

I can access the download page, but the guide doesn’t’ download properly


If you are experiencing something else, contact Customer Support.
















I can't access the guide from the link in my email.

The confirmation email sent to you when you purchase from Photzy will contain a password reset link (for first time users) and a login link. 

If the password reset link doesn't work, use this one instead:

If the login link doesn't redirect you to the login page, use this link instead:

If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to login.

Once you're logged in, you should find the thumbnail of the product you've purchased under the category it belongs.

I can’t login to my account

If you're unable to login to, that it may be one of two things

1) The email address you're using to login is incorrect. This may be because of a typo, or you're using an email address that is different from what you've used to purchase the guide.





2) Your password is incorrect.

Try resetting your password:








I can access my account but I can’t find a specific product


For paid/premium guides, products, you should see it immediately in your account when you login.



Products will be under a specific category - Cards, Ebooks, Courses, and Others. Be sure to check the correct category of the product you're looking for.


If it's nowhere in the Member's area, contact Customer Support.

I can access the download page but the guide doesn’t download properly.

We ensure that all download links to our guides are working properly. If you are unable to download a specific product, try downloading other guides or bonus content, if possible, to check whether the problem only occurs with the guide you wanted to download.


If you're able to download other guides and not the guide you wanted to download, it may mean that there is a problem with the download page. Contact Customer support. 


If it didn't, it may be a problem with your browser. Performing the troubleshooting steps on this page usually solves the problem.


Note: If you have downloaded Lightroom Presets or a product bundle but are unable to use it, make sure it is unzipped first. Visit this page for instructions on how to install Lightroom Presets downloaded from Photzy.
